My first Easter egger to start laying eggs took a break to molt and today she laid her first eggs since. It is a super intense [COLOR=008080]turquoise[/COLOR] color!
We are so happy to see her eggs again.e

Thank you. That picture was taken while Lady Gray was on strike LOL. I've noticed something odd about my easter egger's eggs. about a day after being laid, some of the eggs shift from light blue and almost blue, to more of a blue-green. I suppose it's the pigment oxidizing? Who knows.
The egg all the way on the lower left corner is Lady Gray's egg. The one directly above it is Tiger Eye's first ever egg. on the top row, second from the right is from another new layer - Sgt. Pepper.

The pretty blue egg is best photographed immediately because the blue does tend to turn greenish after just a couple hours sometimes. After a couple days I had one turn grayish.
