An EE is a mix. If you wanted more birds like that one you would need to breed two of them that look like that. Even then some recessive genes might pop up that you didn't want. That is one of the only flaws of EEs. There is no such thing as a purebred one, therefore it's nearly impossible to get the characteristics you want AND colored eggs.

I know this is no help but this ee has been laying since 16 weeks of age.21 weeks old now.It does vary a lot.

I really like the looks of the Barred EE's. Here's my boy Slugger on the right with his BSL buddy. I think I'm lucky the get along so well. 20 wks old and no sign of aggression.
