Here is my little EE chick. Does anyone by chance think that 'she' is a 'he'?

I can not be sure and I have already rained on one persons parade today.... It would be easier if he/she was standing next to another one...BUT

If you keep in mind I am far from an expert on this, I would say there is a good chance. He seems to have stout legs for a girl, maybe if you had he/she wearing high heels they would look more feminine. BUT that tail may need a little trimming before she/he tries on a bikini. sorry,,,, either a boy or a very masculine girl in my untrained eyes.

These are my EEs, The photo on the top left has a hen (left) and roo (right). The next photo is the roo at about 14 weeks. He started to crow at 15 weeks. The photo on the bottom is the same roo all grown up at a little over a year old. He was/is very friendly. I couldn't keep him but was fortunate to find him a great home not far from me so I still get to see him periodically. I named him Sweetie Pie because of how sweet he was from the day I brought them home at 2 days old. I was so disappointed when I realized he was a he!

Any chance you can get a good close up in good light of its comb, like the fourth pic of Lightchick's? As it is, it's a "not sure". The coloration is common in hens, but there's plenty of roos that have it too. Keep in mind though that the "comb test" isn't 100% either, since so many people cross out EE's to other breeds it can make combs sloppy and harder to tell if it's wider/more prominent because of gender or because of outcrossing with breeds that have large combs.

Yardbird, I am not always sure if it is a hen or rooster I am looking at , in the case of the last picture, I am 95% sure it is a rooster....

It's been a few weeks since I posted pics of these ladies. Almost five weeks old and will be in the coop next week!

Laverne....not much on cheeks but very nice colors. Look at those green legs!

Shirley has it all, cheeks, beautiful coloring and bright green legs!

Here is one of my Easter eggers. I think she was hatched April 5 or right around there. She looks a lot like yours, and she's definitely a "she". I bought her at the feed store as an Ameracauna, but I know better now that she's not a true Ameracaunas.

I'm leaning towards pullet, hopefully I (and the person who sorted your chicks!) am right. Have to add, no matter what it is, it's super cute.
