Quote: Thank you, I love this guy and his coloring and he is producing some very pretty chicks, cant wait to see them all when the grow up. I very excited about the blk chick, don't ask me why, I just love it. I sell hatching eggs all the time, but I don't have a clue how to go about shipping them. I would be willing to look into it if ya want. But don't the hatch rate drop allot on shipping eggs? I have reports back on my eggs I sell around here that I have a 100% fertility rate, and the hatchers must be good at it cause they hatch (99 - 100% ) I'm lucky to get 2 out of 24 live. Have 1 woman that is trying to help me get my rate up.I will be posting "her" ( the blk chick ) pic's has she grows, just cause I think its great. lol![]()
O She is beautiful!!! Sorry to hear she passed![]()
Thanks for posting her pic, now I can visualize what mine might look like.
never mind judging from the other pic's I guess she would be more laced. Trying to learn all the differences I can here.Beautiful birds would Gem be considered a splash?
Splash is two copies of the blue dilute gene. The blue dilute gene affects black coloring. If a bird has black feathering, it doesn't have a blue gene. Black and white birds are actually genetically 'silver' which is dominant and sexedlinked.never mind judging from the other pic's I guess she would be more laced. Trying to learn all the differences I can here.
