Easter Egger club!

I frequently visit northern Mexico, the chickens running around look to be EE mostly, I find it very cool to have one of my own my little southern bird

They aren't a standardized, consistent 'breed'. They are more of a landrace type, than a breed.

Here are our two EE's! They are now grown up and look so beautiful~

Shark & Digger when they were weeks old.












These EE's are so tame, loving and enjoy being held and petted. This is Digger when she was just months old.
She likes to fly up on the chair arm when I am sitting outside and visiting. We really love these birds and will get more next year.

Baelfire and her first beautiful egg love my Olive Egger she just laid her first

Midnight and her first egg she lays near every day

Scarlet and her first Egg she lays every other day
