Hello all! I'm new to chickens, and am enjoying my new flock so much. I bought 13 "pullets" from Meyer's back in May. I'm sure some of them must be cockerels since sexing isn't 100% accurate, but I'm not very confident in my ability to tell them apart this young. Was wondering if some of you experienced folks could tell if these EEs are cockerels or pullets? They will be 12 weeks old on August 13th. They are among the shyest birds of the flock (along with the sussex), if that makes a difference, not bold or aggressive at all. We can have roosters so they have a home as long as they mind their manners, was just kind of hoping for some blue or green eggs. Thanks so much in advance!

Thanks everyone! They may not be the tamest of the flock, but they're some of my favorites. They're really fun to watch, and it would amazing to get some green/blue eggs. But I'd still be happy with brown ones.

.... At this stage of the game they look like girls to me so it looks like you're in the clear..... But you never know when the sex change fairy might hit  lol.... But I'm pretty sure you're in the clear
:celebrate:lau:yesss:
