Just a quick question if anyone can settle my curiosity: Does an EE x any other breed = easter egger? Will they still lay tinted eggs?

Sphinx--Easter Egger is a pretty broad term, and could mean about anything, so I'd say that yes, it would still be an Easter Egger.
Some Easter Eggers lay cream or brown eggs.
Whether or not it lays blue or green eggs would depend on what was crossed with it. Even then, it's sometimes luck of the draw. For example, I hatched two chicks last fall. Dad was black copper marans, moms were Easter Egger. Not sure if they had the same mom or not. When they grew up, one looked like a BCM, except with a beard. The other looks like a black easter egger. One lays olive eggs, one lays chocolate brown.
I thought that crossing a EE with a brown egg layer you got a Olive Egger? Still a mutt but a designer mutt.
