I was going to say boy at after the first set of pics, but after your updated pics, I am pretty sure that's a girl. Very girly stance, and the pattern on her back looks more girly. In the first set of pics, it looked very patchy, but the 2nd set showed how nice and even it is. Girls tend to have that even pattern, while boys tend to have patchy patterns.

I am only 95% sure it's a girl, though. I would think she would have a bigger comb and some red patches already if she were a boy, but if she gets those over the next few weeks, she's a boy. Unlikely, though. My boys already had those by her age.

We have 8 wk old EE's and our slow to grow ended up being our roo. His comb is much more pronounced than your pretty pullet. Also, he started crowing last week and has been exhibiting some behavior that is making our girls yelp. He may have been slow at first but he has caught up at lighting speed. Enjoy your lady.

It really looks like a girl, but pic #3 on page one shows what looks like a few pointy saddle feathers. That's got me stumped. It could just be the picture though.
