Easter Egger gender?

The seller said it's a pullet and I hope it is. It's 3 months old. Kind of acts like a cockerel in that it's more energetic and curious compared to my other pullets (like my previous cockerel) and because, while it doesn't instigate fights, it won't back down when one of my pullets that's almost twice its size does start one (as opposed to my other EE who doesn't fight back at all).
