Me again, same flock. They were my birthday present this year: Hatched on my birthday, too, 4/25. All were ordered as pullets. I ordered 2 Green Queen EEs, for high probability of green eggs (also 2 Cream Legbars for blue - hooray for sex-link genes!) and 3 'random' EEs. None of the 5 were banded. There were only 2 brown chicks, both with dark olive legs: the 2 big ones who crowed at about 6 weeks
They are labeled 'Mystery EE #1 & #2.
The other three are still a mystery, although I've been referring to one as the Imposter: toes and coloring matched the faverolles for quite some time. I had to look for the naked slate legs!
The others are still a mystery. This first group of pics is at 8 weeks.
