Easter egger hatch- a- long

I just put one dozen EE eggs in the incubater because we lost my favorite hen Bandit we found her dead outside with chickens trying to eat her ( I know gross) we bagged her up and put her in the garbage. I really hope to have some babies hatch and keep a few from Bandit! I will take pics when I candle them too!

Of anyone has eggs that are about to hatch or you just put in the incubater that I would love to see them when they hatch!

Yes sorry you lost your hen.
I just lost my avatar, she was almost 9.
I put some of her grandchicks (Eggs) in incubator due on the 11? I also have some hatching on New years.

The naked neck is SOOOOO cute! I hope the eggs from your hen hatch! It's always fun to have chicks or ducklings in the winter it makes it go by faster! Your chicks are so cute!

I agree about the winter seems shorter, waiting for feed store chickens in Feb-march is too long to wait, and this way I have hens laying by the end of May or so...
