A big thank you to all of my customers that are having such great hatches!
Thanks for sharing your photos of your beautiful new chicks!

I am NPIP Certified Pullorum and AI Clean in North Carolina.

My Easter Egger Pen includes the following- and your eggs will be from these birds. This is a mixed pen of Ameraucana type Easter Eggers and they are quite beautiful. These are being sold as healthy chicken eggs to hatch for your backyard enjoyment. They are not being sold as show quality, purebred birds. My birds are Ameraucana type Easter Eggers, however the colors of my pen are mixed! Georgeous Birds! Extra large turquoise blue eggs! The pictures above are the actual birds that your eggs will come from. Each of my breeds here on the farm are in separate pens, so there is 100% certainty of no crossbreeding within my flocks. My pens are very secure. If you mix your eggs with my eggs in the incubator, please mark them or separate them at hatch time to avoid confusion of breeds. I cannot recognize all breeds of chicks, as I only raise a few select breeds. I can easily recognize the chicks that come from my breeding pens.

1 Black x Wheaten cross Rooster
5 Black Hens
2 Silver Wheaten Hens
2 Wheaten Hens

I have excellent fertility on these eggs!
All of them have beards, muffs and beautiful feathering. They are laying turquoise large to extra large eggs.
Shipping and handling is included in the price. Your eggs will be safely wrapped and securely packaged to ensure a safe trip to your incubator. I only ship eggs only on Mondays and Tuesdays so that your eggs will be extra fresh! All of the eggs will be clean, unblemished, and unwashed. Please remember to allow your eggs to "settle" for 24 hours before you put them in the incubator. This simple step should improve your hatch rate. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me!
Thanks and God bless your hatch , BunnyMomma
Check out my feedback! I pack your eggs extra nice!

Hens and Friends
Happy Hatching Policy~ If for some reason you have problems with your eggs, I will gladly send you 6 replacement eggs for 15.00 which includes the cost of shipping. Just contact me to have replacements sent. This is a (one time) offer for any of my customers that are having problems with their hatch. I will replace your eggs for you one time only for a small fee, plus shipping. I want you to have a great hatch!
If you have a great hatch and want to add more birds to your flock, I will be more than happy to send you 6 bonus eggs for 15.00 which will cover the cost of shipping and handling. Just PM me to order your replacement or bonus eggs!

This policy applies only to eggs that are shipped. Eggs picked up at the farm will not qualify for replacements. Thanks.

I reserve the right to refuse this service to anyone that might try to abuse it in any way. Ordering hatching eggs through the mail is risky, and unless you are willing to take the risk, you should not order hatching eggs. I will do my part and more to help you have a successful hatching experience, however, rough handling by postal workers, differences in incubator settings, and other variables may cause an unsuccessful hatch.

Where are you at in NC you may be close enough either to me or my sister for one of us to pick up the hatching eggs from your farm or meet you somewhere. We are both looking for americaunas and she lives near Winston Salem and I live in western NC.

Hi, I live about 30 to 45 minutes from Winston Salem. I usually sell a dozen plus extras (when I have extras) for 20.00. You are welcome to come by the farm to pick up as many as you need. Let me know when you would like to come by. I will PM my phone # and you can call for directions. It is easy to get to my farm.

HI, I PMed you about the chicks I hatched from your eggs. I just need to ask a couple of questions. First of all the eggs got here great and were all in good shape. I let them sit for three days without moving them in a carton and then put them in the incubator. The air sacks were all at the top but a couple had dips in them. I didn't turn the turner on for another three days.
Now for the questions. I had some other eggs in there with them. some of mine and some of my SIL's eggs. I had hers all marked. The egg you marked as surprise hatched first and I had to help it out because it pipped in the middle of the egg and couldn't turn around to finish. It was rather tangled up in there but came out great!

That was at 10 last night. Then they all started pipping. I was afraid to go to bed because you said the lining was thick on these eggs and it is for sure. I had to help the first two out with a little work on it. By that time it was 1am and I was very sleepy so when to bed. This is were I am coming to the questions. Several chicks were hatched in the morning and I didn't know who was who.........I got one with chipmunk stripes and yellow legs and I have one with feathers on its legs.....I tried to check the egg shells to see how many of each of our egg hatched and divide them up accordingly but I am afraid I am giving her mine and I am getting hers.
barnie.gif
Are all the legs supposed to be clean and green? Hey that rhymes. Seems I have a lot of black legs with light toes and some all black. I have several I know for sure because I saw them hatch but a couple are iffy because she has a lot of dark chicks too...Seems most of the eggs I got from you were dark chicks. one has light tannisn color around the wings and head. And should I get silvery gray? It doesn't help that SIL has EE's too.
Ok here are the pictures you can see the chipmunk one with yellow legs. Large chick. and the gray one is in the middle of the pile. The one with the reddish tan feathers on the right.

...

Feathered legs
and next is SIL's group

You can see why I am confused........

Hi, If you will go to the top of this thread you can see the actual ad that I posted and see where I have them listed.
The rooster is a black x wheaten cross
5 black hens
2 silver wheaten hens
2 wheaten hens

I actually sold my adult flock of EE's a few weeks ago to a lady here in NC. I usually sell off my 2 to 3 year old flocks and start growing new chicks in the summer. I kept this particular flock for 2 years.
I have some chicks from the flock that are about the same age as yours.
They should all develop cheek puffs, and beards. Sometimes, the cheek puffs and beards don't show up much until they are out of the "teenager" stage.
How are they doing?
They are so pretty! I hope you like them.
How has the weather been in Idaho? We have been getting a lot of storms here this week. I think we have had over 12 inches of rain in the last 2 weeks. Everything is soggy!
Happy Memorial Day Weekend!

I went out to the Mille Fleur coop this evening and brought in 12 new Mille Fleur chicks. They are georgeous! The rooster flogged me in the head. It was dusk and I thought it was dark enough that he wouldn't flog me, boy was I wrong. He is a little snot! He is really beautiful, but he is agressive and very protective of his hens. I'm lucky that he didn't scratch my eyes or something.

I couldn't find this link again. I had another one where I had sent you more pictures and that was the only one I could find. Sorry about that. I guess I didn't get any wheaten ones. Mine are all dark except for that one rooster and the blue one. That other rooster with the single comb have some light gray on him. He is interesting looking but I am not sure he is from you. LOL he was the chipmunk one with the light legs. His legs are willow now but the comb has me confused. I love trying to guess who is from who. :]

They are growing in leaps and bounds. I put them out with my chicks from the hatch before that were from my chickens. I had 4 hatch. Two roos and two hens. The hens are light and one roo is dark and one light. they are about two weeks older. But because there were so many more of the ones I moved in with them they were a little scared of the little ones. LOL They are getting along fine. I will take picture again in a week or so and send them.

I am hatching our some shipped eggs right now and just had one hatch. I may be up all nite. I hate not seeing them hatch. I wish I knew how to get them to all hatch in the day time.

The weather here has been windy and a little cool. I don't like the wind much but thats what you get up on a hill usually. I will like it more when it is really hot here and the breeze feels good then. It seems to have taken forever this year to get warm. It will be warm one day and cold the next. Strange weather for this time of year. I expect it will just get hot and stay that one soon. Then I will want a cool day or two. LOL We have had more rain than usual and they are letting water out of the dam here causing some small flooding in low areas. Not bad. We are in a high desert area and are not used to so much water. We are never soggy. We have been in a drought for the last few years and have to be careful of our well to not run it dry. We have a big tank that fills slowly to water the garden with.

Thanks for understanding and answering my question. I love watching the chicks and trying to figure what they will look like when they get bigger.
I would love to see you chicks that you said were also from the same group.
Thanks again, Micki
