I like and learn a lot when people send pictures with specific arrows like that.
But, before the arrow pictures, I was saying Cockerel. Especially from today's pictures.

Yep, it's a boy. The close up pictures really helped. Sorry it's not better news.

For your learning purposes, take the same type of pictures you did for your new identified Cockerel and collage them with your pullet/females. That is when you will really be able to "see" the difference.
Posting them is always a good learning tool for others.
Hence, the reason we are on BYC.
Can't wait to see your pictures side by side.

Mr. Cockerel is a pretty black coloring.
