I think what you may be failing to grasp is that they are all cross breed mutts.... nothing wrong with that, I love mutts.... but just because one parent is an EE or OE, doesn't mean the offspring can be considered EE or OE. This is especially true with EE and OE parents as oppose to other "proper" breeds like leghorns, wyandottes, marans, RIR etc as EEs and OEs are already a mixed breed bird to start with, so no guarantee of any particular characteristic coming through in the next generation, even if you breed them together.ie EExEE really just makes an EE crossbreed.
I agree 3 definite cockerels at this stage but that doesn't necessarily guarantee the other 2 are females as late developing males can occur particularly with less obvious comb types.
