Easter Egger Hen or Rooster??

I have an Easter Egger that is just over 14 weeks that I received as a substitute with my order from Murray McMurray Hatchery and I cannot decide if it is a hen or a rooster. I initially thought rooster, but now I am leaning towards hen. S/He does have what appears to be 3 "rows" for a pea comb, which all my others that are for sure roosters also had...but the hackle and saddle feathers make me think it is a hen. And the fact that s/he is 14 weeks and the comb is still small also has me leaning towards hen now.

I'm a newbie but I just went through this with my EEs and Ameraucana and your chick looks like a roo to me.

Even distribution of color pattern and no red over wings. I’d say pullet

The tail feathers are curling down but all the rest of the feathers are rounded. I would say pullet

Yah this poor chicken got picked on quite a bit there for a while so his/her tail feathers don't look very nice right now
I'm really, really hoping it does indeed end up being a hen It'll make my decision on which ones (roosters) go to the freezer a bit easier!
