I’m really confused here - what’s an EE doing with yellow legs?
I guess it just depends on what mix goes into making them. I don’t think there is any standard for EEs.I’m really confused here - what’s an EE doing with yellow legs?
Good point! I noticed that also, and yeah the legs are sturdy on the suspected cockerel. But size can vary sometimes by a lot, especially with mixed breeds. This is a fun one to watch, for sure!I think male too, look at the body size compared the to pullet on the left

Note the slate blue legs on the pullet next to our mystery bird. Both my EE’s had slate blue eggs, and the younger one’s legs turned willow green. But not yellow.
