Most EEs (like Ameraucanas) have pea combs. From what you are describing, your EE has a pea comb. As she gets closer to laying, it will probably get a bit larger and redder.
In EEs, the gene for pea combs is very near the gene for blue eggs, and there is a high probability that they get inherited together. So the chances are increased for blue/green eggs if your girl has a pea comb. If she also has a brown egg gene, the blue egg will be coated with brown and create green or khaki eggs. Since EEs are interbred with other types, you can not be sure of the outcome until you see the egg.
This shows a pea comb when my hatchery EE was 8 weeks old.
Comb is larger and redder now. You can kind of see it here.
