We just got our little flock and I wasn't looking for any particular breed, but I am so so so glad we ended up with some EE's. They just have the cutest fluffy faces, and they're so sweet! Merlin is the most gentlemanly of roosters, and so friendly. He let's me pick him up and carry him around, haha. Vesta loves to sit on your lap, they're the best!

I love me EEs too. When they were little, they would get sick easily, so me and sis would bring them in the house, put on a giant sweatshirt, and let them sleep in our sleeves

Now they come running to us every time they get pecked, like "MOMMY!!! Penny's being meeeean!!!"

They're 2 years old now, and they STILL try and hide in our shirts!

Yep, the first one is Maevis. Aaah, I love Ka-poof! She's beautiful! I swear Maevis' coloring is brighter than in her pics. My cell phone camera and our overcast lighting has not done her justice. Any of them really, they're all much brighter and shinier than their photos show, haha.
