Easter egger pullet...or is it?

So I'm a bad chicken mama and have outspokenly chosen a favorite. Her name is Waffles and she's an easter egger "pullet." I suspect she's a roo even though she was sexed by the hatchery. She definitely starts all the fights, has giant man legs, and the biggest comb of all (although the other two her age are different breeds). Her feathers also look quite manly to me. Thanks for the help!
 
How old? It may be to early to tell. It is kinda iffy right now but I am leaning more towards rooster. I may be wrong though!

I'm sorry but that EE is definitely a boy.
-huge triple row pea comb
-big stocky legs
-male feather pattern with red shoulder feathers coming in

That's what I thought =\ I might just have to keep him anyway because he's so sweet, sits on my lap and loves to be cuddled. My reality is just shattered with it being a boy lol. Thanks everyone!
