Easter Egger Roo?

Hey guys. I got 5 EE pullets from a breeder and think one was sexed wrong. What do you guys think? Rooster? He/she is now 12 weeks old and the tail is quite long. Red patches on the chest. If she is a he, he will have 16 other ladies to rule over.

Red patches over the wings would indicate cockerel. At this point that looks like a pullet to me.
