Easter Egger Roo??

I'm very excited to finally get to post! I'm alwaysareading other posts for knowledge!
I have 4 mature Isa browns, 11 7 week Isa Browns, and 5 Easter Eggers. I'm not used to knowing how to tell if a she is a he since this is my first time with something other than sexlinks. I'm almost positive that "Patches" is a Roo and not a hen. Am I right to suspect that??

that’s a cockerel. The comb alone, for such age, says it all. He’s going to be gorgeous though.

He is a boy.
Notice the red in his shoulders?
That means male too for EEs, usually.
