its a pullet the tail feather is about to fall out....

I’d say pullet. Her comb doesn’t seem big enough or dark enough to be a roo, and all her feathers look rounded in typically hen/pullet fashion.

That's not a sickle feather. It's just a curved, normal tail feather and the one next to it fell out so it looks a bit weird right now. She's still a pretty pullet!
