Easter Egger Rooster Red??

Looks pullet but that comb is throwing me off. Still no color to it so going to say more likely pullet than cockerel. Need a couple more weeks  some take forever to show their "true" colors but for sure you should know at 12wks ;)

I know, the waiting game! Arg.

Those couple reddish brown feathers on the shoulders combined with that comb made me suspect. It's all ridgey while the others are smoother. But I know EEs are difficult due to being mutts...

Is 6 weeks too early? Or if all of my EEs have combs smaller than the last photos I uploaded of my black faced chick.. is that pretty indicative of pullets? Nobody else is bigger than the one I just posted.

2nd bird update. Now 8 weeks. Still no comb development but color on wings, her pattern? Or his rooster red..

I have a primarily white EE hen. She has copper accents which are on her shoulders and wings. The accidental male EE we got in our sexed female batch of EEs, had much more pronounced copper colored shoulders.
