They look pointy because they are patterned as so.

I'm probably just kidding myself to hope it's a pullet. But it's so beautiful. And we got a Jersey Giant rooster we're keeping so if it's a boy it can't stay

Cockerel, some roosters do not get wattles, but the comb is there.

It was a boy. Lol. Bluey and his friend Speedy Feathers got a new home the day before they're time was up! Lucky boys. Thanks everyone. One of our Jersey Giant Pullets ended up being a boy so we're keeping him. I heard they are the most docile so we're giving him a chance.

He is gorgeous! Some EE's just blow me away, I LOVE his coloring. The missing waddles look good on him to, he's very unique!

He is going to be gorgeous. Better looking than a Jersey Giant, but that's just my opinion (and I am bias!). My EE rooster is a pretty good boy and gave me a few chicks this year.

I was surprised the didn't get the little ear tufts. The people who took him are going to keep him for breeding. I'm so happy he got a chance. And the little black Australorp was a sweetie too.
