Easter egger rooster?

Can anyone help me figure out if this little bird is a rooster or a hen? "She" is just over 6 weeks old.

I'd guess roo based on the patchy coloring and red patches on the wings

In my extensive experience of just finding out my EE was a rooster.. It looks like a rooster.
