Any EE rooster eaters out there?
This year I ordered EE eggs, hatched 10 and LUCKILY I only got two roosters.
They were hatched April 6th so almost three months old.
I picked them up yesterday and man are they skinny. I was planning on butchering them late October or early November for soup.
My question will there be any meat on them by then or should I just cull them now and not waste the feed?
I assumed they would be a little on the heavy side and would make a good soup base.
