Looks like a hatchery Easter Egger to me. Not exactly a mixed breed, just not bred to any particular breed standard. I guess, genetically, you would call him Splash with red/mahogany leakage.

No, he's a feed store chick I bought from a rainbow layer PULLET bin for a broody I had. Figured he might be an Easter egger. Wonder if he came from Araucana stock as he has no tail to speak of at all. Aren't they considered rumpless?

That's a pretty big comb for 4 wks.  Maybe a close up pic of the comb straight on would help.  May be a hint of red coming in on the wings, but it's hard to tell.  Leaning toward cockerel, but wouldn't be surprised if I'm wrong.  Too early. 

s/he's a bit busy for straight on photos but this is the best I can do. Thanks, everyone.

So I recently bought two bantam Easter Eggers. There is one that I am pretty convinced is a pullet (Chirp). The other one I am not so certain (Chip). They are about 3-3 1/2 months old. Chip is much larger and a lot more protective over Chirp. If another hen goes near Chirp she gets very pushy in her ways. Thank you in advance!

Definitely a little cockerel. That comb is much too developed for such a young chick.
