The second shot shows a pale comb. I'm guessing you have a pullet that 'blushes', but it's still pretty early to be sure.
I have this bantam EE that I'm not too sure on. I seem to be seeing the 3 rows on the comb that is pink and he/she is started sparring with the others, including the cockerels! I'm assuming just a bossy, aggressive female but want to make sure! Thank you!
Both look like pullets.I have people saying Sophia is a girl and a boy... Thoughts? She doesn't have any pointy saddle feathers. Dorothy is the back and gold.
At thirteen weeks, and no trace of male feathering, it's safe to say that you have pullets. The combs are supposed to start pinking up now. It means that there bodies are hitting puberty.
