The second shot shows a pale comb. I'm guessing you have a pullet that 'blushes', but it's still pretty early to be sure.
Both look like pullets.

At thirteen weeks, and no trace of male feathering, it's safe to say that you have pullets. The combs are supposed to start pinking up now. It means that there bodies are hitting puberty.I will get a good photo tomorrow of her comb. She's around 13 weeks.
