Yes, 100% male. Often the cockerels are favorites, I think because they show less fear. Pretty, too!I'm 99% sure this is a roo, but also in denial as he's my favorite chick from my flock and I can't keep roosters in my area. I just need someone else to tell me it's a roo so I can find him a new home and move on. He's 12.5 weeks old. Thanks!

I was wondering if anyone had a guess at what this little egger might be. I'm nervous it's a roo because of the coloring and comb. Also is quite aggressive to the other chicks who are a few weeks older... any thoughts?
I thought they mostly had pea combs? I just keep reading that all that red in her/his coloring means boy. I'd be delighted if it was a pullet though!!!I'm very new to this, but this kinda looks like a pullet EE with a single comb instead of a Rose comb.
