I am not allowed to have roosters where I live so I am hoping for girls...
To see wattles developing at 5 weeks makes me suspect a cockerel. Can you post an update next week?

PulletRe-check, one of our EE's is coming up on 8 weeks now. Before most guesses were rooster, but a couple said that of the bunch this one was the only possibility of being a hen. The other ones that we are sure are boys have bigger, more red combs now, while this one still has a small, lighter comb. 'She' is the the white and brown one, in front of one we know is a boy, for comb comparison.![]()

Thoughts? I was really hoping for some green eggs, this one is our last hope for this year!
