Easter Egger Sexing "tips and tricks" *Pictures Included*

Still looks girly! Can't wait to see what she looks like when she's older
HeartMoss Farm you have made me so happy! Thank you so very much for your help! I am so excited about my girls, I thought I was only going to have 2 hens out of the EE's I bought! I can hardly wait to see what color eggs they will give me!

This is my last EE I believe it is a Rooster from his tail and his size and his legs. But I would like to know if anyone will let me know if I am right, PLEASE?

To me the tail say's rooster, but then the huge green legs also.
It really only has one little red dot on it's comb but to me the rest said rooster.

Thanks for your time!

She's a girl. I have one that was very similar with huge legs, but the color pattern is female. She lays pale green eggs now.

I agree that she is a pullet! Explanation: Tail is not like a rooster at all as it is pointed down and does not have long, skinny, curved feather. Coloration is female--the orange is not just at the hackles, but also on the head. Partridge patterning across the rest of the body, and a green tail is pretty common on EE pullets. Comb is not very red, not very wide, and does not stand up very much. EE pullets are known to have VERY thick legs, especially compared to other breeds!

I'm so glad that you have more pullets than you thought! I only wish that I had your good luck

Would anyone mind sharing their thoughts on my 3 EE's? I am thinking they are pullets from what I have read and have seen on all these posts but I'm a newbie so I'm just not sure!
