This is my Easter Egger 9/10 weeks old. Any guesses on cockerel or pullet?

so you think that she'll outgrow the gold sex link that has outgrown her? Lemon the buff is at least one week older than the hybrid.

Those are some mighty thick legs! 2½ weeks is a bit young yet. Can you post updated pics in a week or two?

Yeah, I think foreshortening hit it a little bit but s/he does. All my previous EE's (males and females) had really thick legs. It's strange.

And of course I can. Take photos of the little things about every day. lol

How old? 4+ weeks or so? I think I see a little wattle development (EEs don't typically have wattles) and the comb looks pretty big. Just a guess (not even an expert guess!

) but I'm leaning toward cockerel.

Mine had really big legs too! I think it's good so they don't tip over so much.

At this point I have far more pictures of chickens than I do of my kids.

Either way, looks like it's going to be a pretty bird.
