lablover, I would not be too worried about 3 rows of peas on a 3 week old bird. Often a cross with a wyandotte (somewhere along the line in the mysterious hatchery breeding) can lead to extra wide combs on pullets. It's just too early to say on your baby right now.
Here are better pics, I know it is still too early, but now that I've looked at it up-close, it looks more like a single comb instead of a pea comb. Or is it still a pea comb? Hatchery EE's can have single combs right?

That doesn't look like a single comb to me (It would have little sharp points instead of bumps.). The EEs can come out with some different looking combs. I think you are going to have to wait a bit longer to tell on this one. It would be great if you could post again next week so we could see the changes.
