What breed(s) on the little black and white chick?

Also, can you get a photo of the chick, from above, as it is looking forward, at it's folded wings across the back?

i hatched him form a barnyard mix, the lady said most will be Olive Eggers. This chick came from a mint green egg and has muffs. I have an above pic and I will try to get a side view tonight. Thanks for taking a look!

There are plenty of black and white EE pulllets, so don't give up hope. I'm looking less at the color and more at the pattern which is very evenly spread on 4. Compare to 1, which has large patches of white on the wings. I can't see the combs very well on 3 and 4, though they look narrower than the first two.

these pictures don't do there color justice. 4 is black and white. I know that is usually a cockerel trait and 3's comb is looking a little pinkish along with 1&2's.
