Yeah they are all the same age, 8.5 weeks.

@ 8 1/2 weeks, she is certainly a pullet .

All chickens will do that. It's a dominance behavior. It does not indicate gender. A comb that turns bright pink before 10 weeks of age is a reliable way to tell the boys from the girls, though. Girls won't turn red until they are close to laying age.
