Sorry, know you are hoping for a pullet... but pretty sure he's male. Never seen a comb that large on a 4 wk pullet. Also, looks like the breast is feathering in black, which is another sign of a cockerel. Pullet would get a light gold or salmon colored breast, so keep an eye on how the chick is feathering in. Red patches coming in on the upper wings is also shows a male.
That's a cockerel. Vent sexers get it wrong sometimes.

Which one are you referring to....#1 or #2?
I'd need better face pictures to make a better assessment though. #2 is clearly very pink in the comb for less than 9 weeks. Can't see the other one well enough though.
