Oh, I hope it’s a She. And his/her name is Nellie. I got him/her as a sexed female from a feed store...
Sorry, know you are hoping for a pullet... but pretty sure he's male. Never seen a comb that large on a 4 wk pullet. Also, looks like the breast is feathering in black, which is another sign of a cockerel. Pullet would get a light gold or salmon colored breast, so keep an eye on how the chick is feathering in. Red patches coming in on the upper wings is also shows a male.
 
I need your thoughts on these two chicks. They will be 9 weeks old tomorrow (September 10). Their father is a beautiful multi-colored EE.
