Lucky you! I'm 2 for 4! Had better luck with Ameraucanas from a breeder.I have fortunately not had that happen with the total of 8 I've gotten.

30 years ago, I got 3 and all were pullets; 2 laid blue eggs, one a bright blue-green. Quality doesn't seem to be the same these days. Got my recent ones from the feed store and didn't ask about the source.Really! Which hatchery should we not use since their EE vent sexers aren't very good?
I got my first 2 from Ideal, the rest from Meyer.
The last picture shows a definite cockerel comb.Anyone want to guess this chicks sex. 4.5 week EE. Bought as sexed pullet but is very stand offish with a lot of instigating fights with the other 2 plus now the reddening of the comb.
Here he is at 9 weeks. Named him Hamilton (my big buff Orpington roo is general Washington). As soon as I put them in the larger pen with the nice dry wood chip run his cheek poofs fluffed up. Didn’t even realize he had them before! At least not that big. He has these feathers coming in on the back that are thin and literally orange. Not like buff Orpington orange. Much brighter not kidding almost neon. Are these the saddle feathers coming in or too soon for that? You can kind of see them in the third picture. It’s hard to get them in a photo because you need to lift up your they feathers to really see them well. They are in the lower right and look much more orange in person. It's very obvious when you see all the combs together.
2 pullets on the left, 2 cockerels on the right (assuming buff is also 7 wks?).
I reserve judgement on the Silkie. (because Silkies aren't really chickens! shhh, I didn't say that.)
Black one is a perfect example of a young pullet pea comb... single ridge down the center, very pale.
Bright pink of a 7 wk old cockerel is noticeable from a distance, like your pretty boy on the right. He's getting a black chest, which is a male trait for his coloring. He's going to be quite striking. Hope we can see him when he's mature.
Can’t wait! How old do you think for final color? That's a really big single comb for an EE rooster! And now we wait for a few juvenile moults to see his final coloring.
