I filed my income taxes. All done for another year.

I'm still waiting on my W2. We've had so many snow days that we haven't been able to go get them yet!

Enjoyed another day off of school because of the wind chill. We are off tomorrow, also. I'm thinking Wednesday as well. -25° wind chill is intense. Today I did dishes, helped my mom put her quilt in it's frame so she can start quilting it, and I made cottage pie for dinner

I should get out the printer.
Download the tax forms I no longer get in the mail.
Print said forms and add them to "the bag of forms" that is hanging off the back of a chair.

Or give it another week or so. Tax appointment is mid February. Doing taxes is a task I will happily pay someone else to do. Can I do them? Very probably. Will hubby be at all helpful? No. Do I need the stress and angst? No.

Are ya ready?
1. Locked us out of the house.
2. Crawled in a window I leave unlocked for such an emergency. Fell and ripped open my elbow, broke my glasses and put a nice knot on my noggin.
3. Called it a day and put a pot of coffee on. Maybe I can spill it and scald myself. All I can do about it? ooblah dee ooblah dah.

Best of all I had an extra key hanging in the shed that we gave to our daughter a few yrs back. I guess this will give me the incentive to have another made.................if I remember!

My sister just shared this picture with me. She's a master at African Violets. I believe this is a green oneView attachment 4288763

Our grandson over watered my Violets while we were on vacation. I repotted all of them because their roots were drowning. The ones I couldn't save I removed a viable leaf and started new Violets.
