What are you seeing that makes you say roo?

By color, I'm saying pullet. But another thing I've noticed is that roos tend to get "fluff" at the base of their tails. Stoutfamily's bird is smooth feathered.

If three rows, you have a roo; if one row, you have a pullet. The coloring alone does suggest pullet, and the saddle feathers look round tipped to me. EE pullets often have what look to be "saddle feathers" but they aren't true saddle feathers if they have rounded tips instead of pointy tips.
