Easter Egger Sexing "tips and tricks" *Pictures Included*

I posted pics of my EE's in another post but I'm curious what y'all think about comb development. I have two that are "pullet" colored, zero male indications at all- but have a slightly taller ridge and pinker color to their comb than the other two. BUT- they are also the two darkest chicks. Has anyone had a hen that showed pink in their comb early (4wks)? I've looked all over and it's driving me nuts because I just can't figure them out. They're definitely not red, but a little more than flesh-colored. I had posted pics previously and got some good guesses but I have better pics of their coloring now and would like a second look. All photos are unaltered, taken in full sun no flash.

ETA: They are approximately 5 weeks old now.

Lovely contestant #1, Coco (puff)

And contestant #2, Freya (or is it Frederick?)

Tough call, huh! Note the tail feathers on #2. This one has a narrow tail that is curved downward and never held in a fan. But the boring coloring is totally throwing me off.

Both look rooish to me.

Thanks, that's been the general consensus so far. #1 black and brown chick I can see as a rooster but I'm having a tough time imagining what #2 is going to be. Anyone have a rooster with this coloring? If you had these boys, which would you keep as a breeder?

Hello All! I have been enjoying going through and trying to learn how to sex by colors. I want to jump in with my four 4-week olds. I am also wondering if they are mostly what you would call the "partridge" color?

Thanks so much for any input!
