These chicks are about 6.5 weeks old. Their combs aren't any redder than the others. Hoping they are pullets??

Wow pretty little birds. They look like pullets to me, and I've had EEs for a very long time.

I know it's early, but I've been worried about this chick since Day 1. I've read that the light chipmunk pattern almost always indicates cockerel. Is there any truth behind that? This is 2.5 weeks (last Saturday). Since then, white feathers are coming in on his/her chest and neck.

I'm new to this and I can't really see 1 vs. 3 lines on the pea comb. Can anyone tell? Thank you!

Thanks for your input. It's basically the same size as all the other chicks. Legs don't appear to be thicker than anyone else's.
