Easter Egger-Sweet or Sour?!?

Hi all,
So I have a 5 week old EE that I'm starting to think is a roo. "Her" feet/legs are a zombie colored green, and they're just huge and stocky in general. She is noticeably larger than my other chicks, which I know is hard to compare to different breeds, and she is the only chick I've ever had peck at me when I go to pick her up. Is it half way "normal" or not uncommon for some EE hens to just be snippy like that? Or do I potantailly have a roo on my hands just based on personality? We're keeping it nonetheless, just curious if there is some other way to figure it out before I get a crow or an egg lol

Posting a pic would probably help. as there are many people that are great at sexing birds by looks. Personality will very chicken to chicken. My friend has a buff orpington which are supposedly friendly and docile, but instead is the least friendly of the bunch.

Sounds like you may have a Rooster, my Petey was sweet as a youngster, but has become a teenage boy now & has changed just a little. My silkie Rooster or @ least I think he is & I have a 2nd generation CQ Rooster these 2 are the sweetest

Yes, personality alone isn't going to help. I have a Rhode Island Red hen who pecks you everytime you go near her, but I had another one that was really sweet and didn't mind being picked up. The only way to tell is if you show us some pictures.

I posted my EE that looks just like yours and everyone said pullet. What happened to her tail feathers? Is that from moulting?

I'm assuming so. No one picks on this beefy girl, and is very healthy otherwise. She is the largest out of all of them and is growing like a weed.
