Based on the wounded areas on this chick, I would separate her before they kill her. When chickens see red/blood they go nuts and can even resort to cannibalism. There are worse things than a lonely chick, there's death.

Thank you all for the responses.

We separated it the day after we brought it home - a week ago. I'm not sure why the others pecked and bullied it. Maybe because it's different. My son is caring for it. We're keeping it no matter the gender or breed. It has a sweet friendly personality.
