Easter Egger?

Maybe it's just a Cochin then. Because in my opinion that is not an Easter Egger.
Cochins have feathered feet. That bird does not. So he is not a Cochin.

"Easter Egger" refers to whether the chicken has the gene to produce blue or green eggs-- which we cannot tell from looking at pictures of the chicken.

It's easy to check whether a female is an Easter Egger (look at her eggs), but for a male the only way to tell is by knowing the genetics of at least one of his parents, or checking what color eggs his daughters lay, or getting a genetic test.

I would say OP's bird is a "maybe Easter Egger," with frizzled feathers, but I don't think we can be any more precise than that with the current information.
