3 & 4 are much bigger and have much more feathers and tail feathers than 1 & 2. 1 & 2 are just starting to sprout tail feathers. I’m pretty certain # 1 is a roo. But not sure about the others.

Is my EE a rooster or pullet? She's 5weeks old tomorrow.

Sometimes "3 peas" is accurate, sometimes not. Since EE's are mixed breeds it is really very variable. It depends on all the genetics in their heritage, which is often unknown. EE's tend to have pea combs, but they don't always. Some have single combs, and really any kind is possible depending on the parents. They can be slower to mature and sometimes feather differently than other breeds, so sometimes you know early on, and sometimes it takes much longer to be sure. It is really easy to be fooled early on, so I always wait until I'm REALLY sure before making and decision about them. Some of my hens have almost no comb at all. And since they can have very small combs and wattles, that makes telling them apart as chicks more challenging. The cockerels will often develop red coloring on the shoulders, and coloring tends to be more splotchy, pullets tend to be more consistently colored. And even with that there can be variations. Also saddle feathers may be slower to show up on the cockerels, where some breeds they show up earlier. Here are a couple of links, second link, in post #2 there are some good pictures for comparison of like colored pullets and cockerels.

One of my roo's is a EE/Gold Laced Wyandotte cross, he has a cushion or strawberry comb, and you can see the red shoulders quite well, he's just over 4 years old. I would love to at some point have a EE rooster but so far all my purchased ones have been pullets, and my current roosters are this one and this one's daddy, a GLW, so my hatches are always mixes.
