Easter Eggers as meat birds

Those Buckeyes sound interesting, I might have to get some of those later. I bet they'd make a good meat bird crossed with Cornish. I have to keep telling myself not to try too many experiments at once!

I would guess that 14 weeks is the prime time for a dual breed, and after 15 weeks they start to get tough.

My problem is that I want to butcher my extra roos when they are as tender as possible BUT also wait as long as possible so I can decide which roo is the sweetest, since I want to keep one.
