Every time I add chicks, I say I'm going to get EEs, and I can never find them!

They are pretty common. Often hatcheries give EEs in place for Ameraucanas. EEs spice up the flock.

I have a mixed flock, so I am always looking for different breeds when adding. I have most of the breeds from my wish list already. Funnily enough, it's the more common ones I haven't added yet (ER, Sussex, Leghorn, Jersey Giant to name a few from the list). I just got a Lavender Orp, a Naked Neck, and an Appenzaller Spitzhauben at TSC on Tuesday.

The second hen looks like a cream legbar, therefore, no beard.

Possibly an olive egger, hatcheries use CCLBs in olive eggers now. Blue egg is from a CCLB and green egg is from OE.

She’s actually an EE, that’s the one that’s laying eggs lol
