Easter eggers or just mixed breed?

So, I’m still new when it comes to chicken genetics and I just hatched 6 chicks from my current flock of hens in the incubator. 5 of the eggs were the exact same color/size, and the chicks from those eggs all look the same. The 6th egg was a different color, and that chick is the only one that looks different.

My rooster is a Lavender Ameraucana. I have 5 hens, all orpingtons. Are these chicks considered “Easter eggers?”

Also, can you tell by the coloring of the chicks who their mothers might be? I have buff, lavender, blue and black orpingtons. I’m guessing the lavender colored chick is the product of my lavender hen since dad is also lavender, but the others have me stumped (the other 5 were from the same hen.)
