I was wondering if some one can tell me how they tell the sex of the EEs. It seems that as my chicks get bigger they are ever changing and I love watching. When I posted my last pics I had hens and I believe that but I wanted to know what to look for so when or if I get more I will know what to look for.
Stella the biggest EE tail feathers are now standing straight up while Dora the medium one lays down. The baby is still mostly down feathers and the cuttest little thing I have ever seen. The colors are changing a bit as they get bigger. And the combs are getting a lovely shade of red. When I got them they were pinkish.
It is the best thing watching them everyday!!
Thanks in advance
Jenn

So I guess the next question would be, how many roosters can you have in a 10 foot by 20 foot coop? And what if the baby is also a rooster?
I was hoping the first guesses would be right with all hens.
How can you tell? For future references?

Thanks again
Jenn
