Thanks. I look for the same things. I think the problem with the pics is the markings on the feathers: they appear pointy in the photos but they are not. I got some more today but I don't know if they are any better. I saw the boy today & he has the pointy saddle(?) feathers now.

Now I get them confused when it comes to pics. I try to remember which one has the most black.

Here's the hen I think is the mom:

here's both (sorry my camera is ancient & I suck at pics) A on bottom

Here's B Here's A

Thanks everyone.

If I post too many pics please just let me know. I want to show off Crisco (blue) & BB (black) the Orps.
I love Orps. Tommy and I saw some that caught our attention. I contacted Terry Disney (had his card), but he wants to sell me chics now. I understand that since he shows them. They are the prettiest plumpest little things. I love their fluffy little tails.

A is a hen
B still has me guessing.

All people should learn to sex on EE's. Then when you see a purebred you can spot a pullet or cockerel from 500 feet away

Bairo is the first 3 letters of his last name and the first 2 of his first name
Wow...you have a good memory from over a year ago when I told you.

Way..way...way..back in the olden days when I was a paramedic, I was cross trained and assigned a log in name for dispatch in case we ever had a mass casualty incident That nick-name stuck somehow?? So I've grown accustomed to using it as log in names now.

I still say "2" or "B" is iffy. I'm leaning towards boy, though but reserve the right to flip flop later.
